Delete the data from your Instagram account

Remove RebusAI from your Instagram account and we delete what we hold from it: the connection and its access token, anything imported from your profile and posts, and our records of the automatic replies sent from it.

• In the Instagram app, open your profile and go to Settings and activity.
• Open Website permissions, then Apps and websites.
• Find RebusAI under Active, choose Remove, and confirm.

Meta tells us straight away. Once the data is deleted, Instagram shows you a confirmation code, and this page with that code shows when the deletion was completed.

Delete your whole RebusAI account

Email admin@rebusai.com or use our contact form from the email address on your account, and ask us to delete it. We delete your account and all its data, including any connected Instagram data, within 30 days and confirm by email.
